6. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or any other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

7. Prohibited Activities

Unit allocation, pricing, and final sale terms are governed exclusively by the Agreement for Sale executed between the buyer and Godrej Properties Limited, in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Godrej Properties Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Godrej Properties Limited, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
